Reflecting on a monumental 2025, we delivered over 200 updates across 37 releases to make Canvas LMS more personal, versatile, and secure. We know you had a busy twenty twenty five, and so did we. This year, we delivered over two hundred updates to Canvas LMS across thirty seven releases. Here are a few highlights. Let's start with features designed to help shape a more modern and personalized learning experience. Educators can more easily support differentiated instruction by creating sets of students and assigning each group the right course materials. And students now have access to their Canvas to do list, thanks to the new to do widget.
These next changes allow for flexible, versatile, and authentic learning evaluation. The new portfolio tool makes it easier for educators to assess learning and for students to showcase their growth all in one place. Collecting feedback just got easier for new quizzes users, thanks to formal survey support. Other improvements help scale and secure our customers' teaching and learning foundation. New Quizzes moderation now offers additional insight into multi session detection and IP address visibility with proper permissions.
The Canvas app's interface not only makes it easier for admins to explore and install LTIs, but introduced reporting helps provide clarity in LTI tool utilization. And finally, we've introduced features that utilize responsible AI to improve real workflows.
