We understand the disruption to Canvas during what we know is an especially busy time of year, caused challenges for the educators that rely on us. First and foremost, we’re sorry – to you and your students, for how this disruption has impacted your teaching and learning. We’ve collected the FAQs and resources below to support you as we continue to respond to this incident. If you have any further questions, please contact your institution. They are best equipped to contact us directly.
Additionally, access to Free-for-Teacher is restored in a limited capacity from 12 am ET on May 28 through 11:59 pm ET on May 29 to enable educators who rely on the platform to safely download course content and close out the school year. After this period, the Free-for-Teacher program will be discontinued, but please stay tuned for updates on an enhanced Canvas products designed for former Free-For-Teacher users, set to launch this fall.
