Best Practices:

  • Keep titles clear and engaging: Aim for concise, benefit-focused headlines that capture attention.

  • Specify date and time clearly: Don’t forget to include the time zone for global audiences.

  • Write a compelling description: Focus on what attendees will learn and why it matters.

  • Provide an event thumbnail: This is shared on /events and serves as the preview image when the landing page url is shared via social & slack

  • Highlight speaker credibility: Include names, titles, and short bios to build trust and authority. Headshots are required, we will use the Instructure logo as a default if not provided.
