We are excited to introduce the seamless integration of Conmego teacher tools directly within Canvas. This integration includes access to over twenty tools that fall in categories like planning activities, creating high quality assets, differentiating instruction for all learners, supporting students as individuals, and learning about or refreshing knowledge on course area topics. Let's say I'm a faculty member and a student has asked me to create a letter of recommendation for them. This can be time consuming, especially when multiple requests come in at once. With the Conmigo letter of recommendation tool, I can simply input some information about my student, how I know them, their qualities, accomplishments, as well as areas for growth, and generate a full letter of recommendation in seconds. Once I get a draft, I can interact with Connego if I want to modify specific components or ask it to try something different.

In addition, I can make edits directly in the document to get the letter exactly where I need it to be. Exporting is simple, which I can do via Microsoft Word, PDF, or Google Drive. In case I want to come back to this later, these queries all live in the My Documents tab, so there's always a record of everything that I've produced. And last but not least, if I find myself coming back to the same tools, I can star them for quick access in the My Favorites section. This feature is coming to US based Canvas users in twenty twenty four.
