The Instructure Community just got a refresh—and it’s easier than ever to connect with peers, find answers, and stay informed on the latest product updates. Whether you’re exploring Instructure solutions for the first time or are a longtime user, the Community helps you learn, connect, and contribute to conversations that shape what comes next!
With over 20 million global participants, thousands of shared resources, and conversations happening around the clock, the Community is a living network of knowledge and innovation at Instructure. It’s a place where educators, administrators, designers, and leaders learn about Instructure products, support one another, exchange best practices, and stay informed together.
You’ll find everything from multilingual user guides and product road maps to active forums and interest groups for topics across teaching and learning.
There’s always something new to learn when it comes to creating excellent teaching and learning experiences, and the Instructure Community exists to help everyone take the next step!
What’s new in the Community?
Here are a few highlights to explore in the refreshed Community:
- Fresh take on familiar spaces: Navigation stays familiar, but updated visuals, clearer product branding, and new cues make it easier to see where you are and what you’re exploring.
- Revamped knowledge base: Most guides are now available in 13 languages, making it easier to find help. All redirects from our previous Community platform (Khoros) remain in place! Links and shared resources still work as expected.
- Easier following: Click the bell icon in any space to stay up-to-date on new content, including release notes, the Product Blog, interest groups, and more.
- Improved search: A unified search experience makes it easier to find articles, discussions, events, and resources. Results are more reliable, and filters help you pinpoint exactly what you need.
- PandaBot: In the forums, PandaBot will suggest relevant guides if a question hasn’t received a response within 24 hours. Human responses remain central, so PandaBot’s suggestion will be hidden unless the question author approves! Think of PandaBot as the Community’s helpful AI-powered assistant.
How can I get involved in the Community?
All your favorite content and the wonderful people you’ve connected with are still here! Anyone can jump in and continue to make an impact:
- Forums: Ask questions, share answers, and connect with peers. You can join discussions, get help, and share your expertise with the Community.
- Blogs: Share your stories, spotlight best practices, and offer insights that others can learn from. Publish your posts to start conversations and inspire your peers across the Community.
- Instructure Live Events: Join webinars, book clubs, office hours, and Community conversations. Attend, participate, or even help shape the content!
- Groups: Follow the groups that spark your interests and collaborate with like-minded peers. Click the bell icon in any space to stay updated and be part of the conversation.
- Note: If you were a member of any groups before the move (besides Early Adopter groups), those memberships did not transfer.
Curious about ideas? All previously submitted ideas have been saved and organized for the Product Team, so nothing is lost. The new solution is under development, and updates will be shared in the Product Blog as they become available.
