Meet OH Student Data Privacy Law Requirements

The Ohio Student Data Privacy Act, also known as SB29, prohibits online education services from disclosing student educational records or amassing profiles of student data for non-educational purposes. It also requires the deletion of data in certain instances.

With this being said, SB29 mandates educators and school service providers within the state of Ohio take various steps and measures to protect the personal data and privacy of their respective students.
