Getting here

The Conference Center is located on the Texas A&M University campus, directly across from Kyle Field.

• Address: 177 Joe Routt Blvd, College Station, TX 77840
• From HWY 6: Exit toward University Dr/Texas Ave. Proceed west on University Drive, turn left onto Texas Ave, and right onto George Bush Dr. Turn right onto Wellborn Rd and follow signs for the Joe Routt Blvd exit.

Parking

Complimentary parking is provided for all conference registrants in the Gene Stallings Garage.

How it works:

Entry: Pull a white ticket when entering the garage. Proceed to the 3rd level, which will take you to the 2nd floor of the hotel and conference center.

Validation: Pick up a green validation ticket at the conference registration desk.

Exit: Scan your white ticket first. Scan the green ticket second. The gate will open automatically. This validation is valid for one exit only.
