Partner registration

July 21-23, 2026 at the Kentucky International Convention Center in Louisville, Kentucky.

Room blocks are available at several hotels within walking distance of the convention center. You'll receive a booking link after you've registered for the conference. 

Some sponsorship levels include full conference passes, and all include Expo Hall passes (the number of passes varies depending on sponsorship level).

The Expo Hall pass includes the following meals, but access to sessions requires a full conference pass.

• Tuesday: Dinner
• Wednesday: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Thursday: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner

Sponsorship does not include lodging, but does include discounted room rates.

Instructure partners that are not sponsoring are invited to attend the Partner Summit on July 21 and 22, 2026.

Sponsors can purchase additional Expo Hall passes for $850 or additional full conference passes for $985. Vendors may not purchase regular conference passes or attend sessions without first securing a sponsorship.

Designed to inspire community, connection, and deeper engagement, the Partner Summit will take place over 2 days, July 20 and July 21. Attend to get the latest industry insights and product updates and participate in roundtable discussions and hands-on technical workshops.

Passes may be purchased by partners who are not sponsoring InstructureCon, and additional passes may be purchased by sponsors.
