Avi is an experienced customer experience and strategy leader with a demonstrated history of working in the education technology and university sectors. He is a lifelong learner with expertise in end-to-end relationship management, learning management, educational technology, and mentorship.
Avi has worked in Education Technology for 20 years, starting with supporting academics and students in the University sector, before shifting focus to the management of the LMS and eLearning Applications as well as the teams providing the support. After 9 years working for Universities, Avi moved into the Tech Sector and has since worked in a number of roles supporting customers and selling solutions. In 2018 Avi moved to Instructure in a Strategic role and now leads the Customer Experience team (Implementation, Customer Success Management and Renewals) throughout the APAC region.
