With over 15 years of experience in education, teaching, and training roles, with a particular focus on adolescent health within the NGO and charity sector, Richard has established himself as a leader in educational innovation. He led a commercial Training and Education business, spearheading the adoption of Canvas as part of a comprehensive digital-focused change strategy.

Richard has provided learning and implementation consultancy to over 100 Canvas-user organisations, showcasing his expertise in facilitating effective educational transitions.

As the Lead Project Manager for all EMEA Customer Implementations, he specialises in cohort-style implementations, ensuring seamless transitions for clients. Richard holds qualifications in PRINCE2 Foundation Project Management and is a qualified teacher, further enhancing his ability to drive impactful educational initiatives.
