Professor Dr. M. El-Shinawi, M.D. FACS

M. El-Shinawi, M.D., FACS is the President of Galala University, one of the most prominent universities in Egypt. He is the Co-Chair of the Partnership for Research and Innovation in the Mediterranean Area PRIMA association. Dr. El-Shinawi is a distinguished Professor in the field of breast cancer, trauma, and general surgery - Faculty of Medicine. He's also an adjunct Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine, Maryland University, Baltimore, USA. Prof. Shinawi is also a Board Member of the National Training Institute - Egypt. Furthermore, Dr. El-Shinawi is appointed as a Member of the UFM Bureau for Research and Innovation, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and a Consultant in General Surgery. During this career he has written more than 170 peer-reviewed publications and delivered more than 95 oral and keynote speaker presentations worldwide.
