Customer Success Manager

Paul joined our team as a Customer Success Manager (CSM) in October 2023, bringing with him 16 years of rich experience in Higher Education. Throughout his career as an academic developer and teacher, Paul has dedicated himself to enhancing educational practices to benefit students' learning experiences. He has been instrumental in the continuous development and enhancement of digital capabilities for both staff and students.

In 2017, Paul spearheaded the rollout of Canvas at his institution, placing himself at the forefront of a significant cultural shift in digital learning environments. His leadership in this area has paved the way for innovative educational practices and improved digital integration.

Paul holds a PGCE in Post Compulsory Education, underscoring his commitment to educational excellence. In recognition of his impactful contributions, he was awarded a Principal Fellowship from Advance HE in 2023.
