Jeff has decades of experience with in-house human resources and organizational development, and has been doggedly fixated on bringing even more awesome talent to Instructure since 2013. Before joining our team, Jeff was SVP of people and places for Ancestry.com, the world’s largest online family history resource, with over 3 million paying subscribers. During that time, he looked out for around 1,300 employees across 10 offices. He’s also worked for organizations like Shell Oil Company, Amoco Oil, and Novell. Jeff has an MBA with an emphasis in organizational behavior from Brigham Young University.
