Braxton Thornley

Braxton was Dixie State University's Class of 2019 valedictorian and graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's degree in English and an emphasis in secondary education.

Braxton teaches language arts at Bingham High School in South Jordan and aims to spark creativity and passion in his students while helping them grow into stronger readers and writers.

In addition to teaching, Braxton coaches Bingham's track and field, soccer, and basketball Unified Sports/Special Olympics teams and works as his school's digital teaching and learning coach, helping teachers improve their pedagogy through the targeted use of instructional technology.
