Few businesses are immune to the damaging economic effects of the COVID-19 crisis, and Britain's universities, which usually navigate through recessions virtually unscathed, appear to be particularly hard hit by the pandemic.

The new report produced by Instructure with research from the Centre for Economics and Business Research (Cebr) forecasts:

  • Spike in interest in remote learning opportunities
  • An 8% increase of international students for the 2024/25 academic year
