This series is designed for education leaders and anyone involved in shaping how their institution responds to change.
You’ll get the most from it if you have responsibility for strategy, teaching and learning, technology, learner experience, or organisational change. But you don’t need institution-wide authority to apply the ideas. The sessions will also help you identify the readiness gaps you can influence within your own team or function.

Education institutions have made significant progress in digital capability. But technology alone doesn’t tell you how prepared an institution is to respond when expectations, priorities, or ways of working change.
So what do we actually mean by readiness?
In this first webinar, we’ll unpack what readiness looks like across learners, staff, and the institution itself. We’ll look at how those areas influence one another, where gaps can start to slow progress, and how leaders can assess where their institution is today.
We’ll also introduce the five-level readiness framework from The Readiness Playbook, which you can use before or after the session to explore the ideas in more depth.

Readiness gaps often become most visible when change puts pressure on the way an institution already works.
In Part 2, education leaders will share examples of moments when that happened in their own institutions. We’ll explore what first signalled that something wasn’t working as expected, how they identified the underlying issue, and what they changed in response.
The conversation will focus on the practical decisions that followed, including what leaders learnt from the experience and how it shaped what they prioritised next.
