Irish Student Voices: State of Student Success & Engagement in Higher Education in Ireland

Share

The Irish learning landscape has evolved in significant ways in recent years, and today, it’s more important than ever to listen to what students have to say when it comes to the things that fuel their success.

Students in Ireland know what they need to engage and succeed, and they are clear about the support mechanisms that can help them do so, as the HEA Act brings higher education reform to all corners of Ireland.

Our annual global study State of Student Success and Engagement in Higher Education is becoming a mainstay of the higher education landscape. Working with Hanover Research, we field surveys across the globe, asking students, administrators, and faculty from higher education institutions to define measurements of student success and identify factors for engagement.

These insights matter most when considered and applied at a local level. That’s why this most recent survey, conducted in February and March 2023, focuses on Irish student voices – all students currently attending technical and national universities throughout Ireland.
