CanvasCon registration includes access to all sessions and the Expo Hall, meals, and networking opportunities. Registration does not include accommodation, but a discounted room rate at Conrad Manila is available for attendees.

Registration FAQs

How much does it cost to attend and what's included?

CanvasCon Philippines offers two ticket options:

• • PHP 1,750 (~US$30.40) Early Bird (till 22nd April 2026)
  • PHP 2,500 (~US$43.40) Standard Registration (from 23rd April 2026)

Registration includes access to all conference sessions, keynotes, and the Expo Hall, plus catering (morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea).

Can attendees register multiple people by an invoice?

Yes. You can register up to 10 people on one invoice and submit payment by credit card.

Is there a group discount?

Group discounts will not be available for the 2026 event.

Will speakers receive a registration discount?

Selected presenters will receive a free CanvasCon registration.

Is there a new customer discount?

The same pricing applies to everyone, customers new and old.

What is the refund policy?

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing according to the following schedule:

• On or before 29th July 2026: 100% refund
• 30th July 2026 through 12th August 2026: 50% refund
• 13th August 2026 or later: No refund (No-shows are ineligible for registration fee refunds)

What is the substitution policy?

Attendee substitutions from the same organisation may be made at no charge up to 5 business days before the event. Substitutions outside the institution will not be granted.

Is there accommodation available and how do I book my hotel?

Accommodation details and discounted booking information at Conrad Manila will be shared with registered attendees via the confirmation email. Attendees are responsible for booking their own accommodation.
