When and where is CanvasCon this year?

How much does it cost to attend, and what comes with the ticket?

  • PHP 3,500 (~US$62.40) Standard Registration
  • The ticket cost includes full access to the Exhibit Hall, keynotes, and all breakout sessions. For meals, tickets include morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and the cocktail reception.
  • Registration pricing does not include accommodation, which is booked by the attendee directly using the weblinks provided in email communications (leveraging our discounted room block rate).

When will the agenda be available?

The complete list of sessions will be available in July. Please see the Schedule at a Glance below. (Please note: this is subject to change).

Can attendees register multiple people by an invoice?

Yes. You can register up to 10 people on one invoice and submit payment by credit card.

Is there a group discount?

Group discounts will not be available for the 2024 event.

Will speakers receive a registration discount?

Selected presenters will receive a free CanvasCon registration. Please note: one discount will be given per presentation selected.

Is there a new customer discount?

The same pricing applies to everyone, customers new and old.

What is the refund policy?

Cancellation requests for registration fee refunds must be submitted in writing according to the following schedule:

  • On or before 27 June 2024: 100% refund\
  • 28 June 2024 through 28 July 2024: 50% refund
  • 29 July 16, 2024 or later: No refund will be issued. (No-shows are ineligible for registration fee refunds.)

What is the substitution policy?

Attendee substitutions from the same company may be made at any time at no charge before 30 June 2024. Substitution requests for individuals outside the institution will not be granted.

How do attendees notify you of dietary restrictions?

When will the Call for Proposals be announced?
