The ticket cost includes full access to the Exhibit Hall, keynotes, and all breakout sessions. For meals, tickets include morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and networking reception.
Registration pricing does not include accommodation, which is booked by the attendee directly using the weblinks provided in email communications (leveraging our discounted room block rate).

Yes. You can register up to 10 people on one invoice and submit payment by credit card.
Group discounts will not be available for the 2025 event.
Selected presenters will receive a free CanvasCon registration. Please note: one discount will be given per presentation selected.
The same pricing applies to everyone, customers new and old.
Cancellation requests for registration fee refunds must be submitted in writing according to the following schedule:
On or before 15 June 2025: 100% refund
15 June 2025 through 15 July 2025: 50% refund
15 August, 2025 or later: No refund will be issued. (No-shows are ineligible for registration fee refunds.)
Attendee substitutions from the same company may be made at any time at no charge before 30 July 2025. Substitution requests for individuals outside the institution will not be granted.
A room block is available at The Grand Hyatt Manila. You will receive a booking link after you have registered for the conference. The price per night is PHP 13,750nett, subject to availability.
