The ticket cost includes full access to the Exhibit Hall, keynotes and all breakout sessions. For meals, tickets include the welcome reception on Tuesday; Wednesday breakfast, lunch, and dinner; Thursday, breakfast and lunch.

Registration pricing does not include sleeping room nights, which are booked by the end user directly with the hotel (leveraging our discounted room block rate).

A room block is available at The Venetian and The Palazzo Resorts. You will receive a booking link after you have registered for the conference. The price per night STARTS at $139 plus taxes and resort fees for the program dates of July, 9th, 10th and 11th. Subject to availability. Selected presenters will receive a 50% discount or reimbursement on their InstructureCon ’24 registration fees. Please note: one discount will be given per presentation selected.

A group discount will be offered for 5 (+) attendees from the same institution. The discount will be 20% off standard registration - $788 per ticket.

Please note: This discount is not available during early bird pricing. Early bird pricing ends on February 1, 2024.

This year, we will be offering a Guest Pass and Kids Pass for family members of attendees. These passes will be available to purchase on March 1.

Yes. You can register up to 10 people on one invoice and submit payment by credit card.

The same pricing applies to everyone, customers new and old.

Cancellation requests for registration fee refunds must be submitted in writing according to the following schedule:

• On or before May 9, 2024: 100% refund
• May 10, 2024 through June 15, 2024: 50% refund
• June 16, 2023 or later: No refund will be issued. (No-shows are ineligible for registration fee refunds.)

Attendee substitutions from the same company may be made at any time at no charge before May 30, 2024. Substitution requests for individuals outside the instituion will not be granted.
