The UK’s skills shortage is projected to cost the country £120bn by 2030 and result in a shortfall of 2.5 million highly-skilled workers. This landscape has contributed to a strengthened skills focus in the Further Education sector.
In our latest report, we seek to understand how students and educators feel about current FE provision within this context, and to what extent the skill and ‘work-ready’ focus is successfully achieved.
