When and where is CanvasCon this year?
8th October at the Hotel Barceló Sants in Barcelona.
How much does it cost to attend, and what comes with the ticket?
- €50 Early Bird- Register by 26th April.
- €100 Standard Registration
The cost of the ticket includes full access to the Exhibit Hall, keynotes and all breakout sessions. It also includes refreshments and canapes at the welcome reception on Monday and breakfast, lunch, evening drinks, and canapes at the conference on Tuesday.
Registration pricing does not include accommodation, which is booked by the end user directly with the hotel (leveraging our discounted room block rate).
Is there a room block available for accommodation, and how do I book my hotel?
A room block will be available at the Hotel Barceló Sants. You can book directly with the hotel using the event code CCBCN24.
The price per night is 170 euros per night for single occupancy or 190 euros for double occupancy. Taxes and breakfast are included. City taxes are payable on arrival.

Where do people register?
To register, please visit the Registration page.
Will speakers receive a registration discount?
Selected presenters will not need to pay a registration fee.
Can attendees register multiple people by an invoice?
Yes. You can register up to 10 people on one invoice and submit payment by credit card.
Is there a new customer discount?
The same pricing applies to everyone, customers new and old.
What is the refund policy?
Cancellation requests for registration fee refunds must be submitted in writing according to the following schedule:
- On or before September 17th 2024: 100% refund
- September 18th 2024 or later: No refund will be issued. (No-shows are ineligible for registration fee refunds.)
What is the substitution policy?
Attendee substitutions from the same company may be made at any time at no charge before 30th September 2024. Substitution requests for individuals outside the company will not be granted.
