When and where is CanvasCon this year?

3rd-4th November at Clarion Hotel The Hub, Oslo.

How much does it cost to attend, and what comes with the ticket?

This year we are offering two ticket types.

Pre-Con and Main Conference Ticket

  • €90 Early Bird - first 50 registrations

  • €150 Standard Registration

The cost of the ticket includes full access to pre-conference workshops, the Exhibit Hall, keynotes and all breakout sessions. It also includes refreshments on Monday afternoon, refreshments and canapes at the welcome reception on Monday; and breakfast, lunch, evening drinks and canapes at the conference on Tuesday.

Main Conference Only Ticket

  • €50 Early Bird - first 50 registrations

  • €100 Standard Registration

The cost of the ticket includes full access to the Exhibit Hall, keynotes and all breakout sessions. It also includes refreshments and canapes at the welcome reception on Monday; and breakfast, lunch, evening drinks and canapes at the conference on Tuesday. 

Registration pricing does not include accommodation, which is booked by the end user directly with the hotel (leveraging our discounted room block rate). 

When will the agenda be available?

Will speakers receive a registration discount?

Selected presenters will not need to pay a registration fee. If you have already purchased a ticket, you will be issued a refund.

Can attendees register multiple people by an invoice?

Yes. You can register up to 10 people on one invoice and submit payment by credit card.

Is there a new customer discount?

The same pricing applies to everyone, customers new and old.

​​What is the refund policy?

Cancellation requests for registration fee refunds must be submitted in writing according to the following schedule:

  • On or before 31st October 2025: 100% refund
  • 1st November 2025 or later: No refund will be issued. (No-shows are ineligible for registration fee refunds.)

What is the substitution policy?

Attendee substitutions from the same company may be made at any time at no charge before 31st October 2025. Substitution requests for individuals outside the company will not be granted.

How do attendees notify you of dietary restrictions?
