As the Head of Education Middle East and Africa at AWS, Hervé is focused on improving education service and delivery by increasing adoption of Amazon Web Services in the MEA region.
Before and for the last 9 years, Hervé had co-found and developed a few startups in the Tech, EdTech and AI sector and all with successful exits.

Prior he was the Group CTO of GEMS Education, the world’s leading provider of quality K-12 education. He also spent 12 years at Apple Inc. where he was the EMEIA Education Director and member of the European Leadership Team, from 2000 to 2012 . There, he was leading the sales & marketing as well as the business development of Apple in Europe, Middle East, India and Africa for the Education markets, a $2 billion business.

Before joining Apple, he was Managing Director of the Latin American division of Packard Bell NEC and was responsible for the Operations, Sales and Marketing of the territory. Hervé earned an Executive MBA from “HEC”,  ranked in top 2 Business school in Europe and in the top 20 Worldwide.
