Amara Ahmed

Amara is the EMEA Global PM, and oversees the strategy and implementation of our products within the EMEA region. Amara focuses on the challenges for institutions regionally and how these align with the development roadmap of Canvas platform products. 

Amara works to identify market-specific product initiatives recognising that education can vastly vary between and inside regions. Additionally, overseeing Globalization efforts for the platform which include language adoption in our suite of products and localization nuances which can hinder/help a learner's journey. 

Amara is actively working to promote diversity and inclusion within the tech and education space and in her spare time can be found actively engaging in panel discussions and forums to further this mission of making education more accessible for all.
