We believe in the power of education to change lives. A number of us have come from a career in schools or universities, and we all work closely with the education community. A key reason we do what we do, is that we are value driven.

And a key part of our value set is a commitment to justice for those to whom it is denied—minorities, refugees, and crucially, the Indigenous communities of Australia (and other parts of the world). We have engaged in education and advocacy around reconciliation for some time. We recognise NAIDOC week and other key dates. We’re developing a culture where our staff are acknowledging country at key gatherings, and we volunteer with other organisations that are doing valuable work in the reconciliation space.
