Melissa serves as Chief Academic Officer for Instructure, where she drives the company’s global academic strategy. With extensive edtech experience as an educator in both K-12 and higher education institutions and in edtech executive leadership positions, she advocates for educators worldwide to have the necessary resources as they face ever-increasing educational barriers. Melissa currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of the education industry non-profit 1EdTech, is an instructor at the University of California, Irvine, and holds several advisory roles at other organizations. She has a master’s degree in educational policy from Teachers College, Columbia University, and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Farrah brings a wealth of experience across education, learning design, project management, and product ownership. With a career spanning K–12, higher education, vocational education and training, and professional learning, she has developed deep expertise in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences. 

A former primary school teacher, Farrah went on to work at an Australian university and continues to teach sessionally for them. She is a passionate advocate and power user of Canvas, with extensive firsthand experience in using, implementing, and strategically advising on its capabilities.

Greg has worked as a Solutions Engineer at Instructure for 5 years and worked with many schools, training organisations and higher educations institutions throughout his tenure. Greg is passionate about helping demonstrate how Instructure’s platform can integrate into a customers learning environment and improve the learning experience for students and teachers. Prior to working at Instructure, Greg managed Online Learning Environments for a university in Adelaide.
