There are three different ticket prices:
$125 AUD Early-Bird Registration until 16 May.
$150 AUD Standard Registration from 17 May up to the event date.
$150 AUD PreCon Registration
To attend PreCon AND CanvasCon, the price will be $150 AUD PreCon Registration + $125 AUD Early-Bird Registration or $150 AUD Standard Registration (depending on when you register).
The ticket cost includes full access to the Exhibit Hall, keynotes, and all breakout sessions. For meals, tickets include morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and the CanvasCon Party.
Registration pricing does not include PreCon or accommodation, which is booked by the attendee directly using the weblinks provided in email communications (leveraging our discounted room block rate).

Yes. You can register up to 10 people on one invoice and submit payment by credit card.
Group discounts will not be available for the 2025 event.
Selected presenters will receive a free CanvasCon registration.
The same pricing applies to everyone, customers new and old.
Cancellation requests for registration fee refunds must be submitted in writing according to the following schedule:
On or before 18 June 2025: 100% refund
19 June 2025 through 28 July 2025: 50% refund
29 July 2025 or later: No refund will be issued. (No-shows are ineligible for registration fee refunds)
Attendee substitutions from the same company may be made at any time at no charge before 30 June 2025. Substitution requests for individuals outside the institution will not be granted.
