Crusher Wong is the Senior Manager (e-Learning) in the Office of the Chief Information Officer at City University of Hong Kong. He introduced WebCT LMS to the CityU community in 1998, coordinated migration to Blackboard Learn in 2005 and managed the transition to Canvas in 2014. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he co-designed the remote teaching and learning workflow to resume classes in February 2020.
