When your organization purchases or subscribes to any of our products or services, the arrangement is subject to our Master Terms and Conditions. These outline the basics: what we both promise to do, how you can use our products, any limits or restrictions, fees, warranties, and other important details.
Our Acceptable Use Policy covers how our services can be used. It explains what’s not allowed (e.g., unauthorized access, disrupting the services, or other misuse) and when those rules are considered broken.
We publish privacy notices that explain how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data. We adhere to principles of transparency, security, integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
If you participate in our partner program, your relationship with Instructure is governed by specific Partner Terms and Conditions.
Here you’ll find information and documentation regarding how Instructure maintains compliance with local and international laws, as well as accessibility mandates.
Our Agreements define the ownership of intellectual property as between Instructure and you. Any licenses we grant to use Instructure trademarks are subject to the Instructure brand guidelines.
