Snapshot session (10 minutes)

A short, focused presentation highlighting a specific tool, approach, or resource. Please note that 10-minute proposals may be paired with other institutions presenting on similar topics

We’re looking for proposals that explore how readiness is being shaped across institutions today.

• IT directors and system administrators
• Learning and development managers or leaders

When will I find out if my proposal has been selected?

You’ll receive an email notification by 30 June 2026.

How are proposals selected?

All submissions are reviewed by the CanvasCon program steering committee. Proposals are evaluated based on relevance, practical value, originality, and potential impact for attendees.

Will speakers receive complimentary tickets?

Yes, each selected presenter will receive a complimentary CanvasCon ANZ ticket, valid for both days of the conference. 

What do I need to submit my proposal? 

In the proposal form, you’ll be asked: 

• What type of presentation you’re proposing
• Which category best describes your session content
• Which product you’ll be presenting on
• Which audience your presentation is most suited for
• What user level your presentation is most suited for
• Presentation title & abstract
• 3-5 takeaways for your audience
