Frequently Asked Questions

CanvasCon ANZ will take place on 24–25 August 2026 at ILUMINA, Sydney, Australia.

CanvasCon ANZ offers three ticket options:

• $125 AUD Early Bird (24 Feb – 17 March 2026)
• $150 AUD Standard Registration (from 18 March 2026)
• $150 AUD Pre-Conference Registration

To attend both Pre-Conference and CanvasCon, you will need to purchase both tickets.

Registration includes access to all conference sessions, keynotes, and the Expo Hall, plus catering (morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea) and the CanvasCon Party.

Pre-Conference sessions and accommodation are not included.

Yes. You may register up to 10 attendees on a single invoice and complete payment by credit card.

Group discounts are not available for CanvasCon ANZ 2026.

Selected presenters will receive a free CanvasCon registration.

The same registration pricing applies to all attendees.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and follow this schedule:

• On or before 15 June 2026: 100% refund
• 16 June – 27 July 2026: 50% refund
• 28 July 2026 or later: No refund (no-shows are not eligible)

Attendee substitutions from the same organisation may be made at no charge up to 5 business days before the event. Substitutions outside the institution will not be granted.

Accommodation details and discounted booking information will be shared with registered attendees via the confirmation email. Attendees are responsible for booking their own accommodation.
