Your CanvasCon ANZ registration gives you access to all conference sessions, the Expo Hall, meals, and networking events across 1.5 days at ILUMINA, Sydney. Registration does not include Pre-Conference sessions or accommodation. Discounted accommodation details will be shared with registered attendees.

CanvasCon ANZ is a community-led experience designed for educators. Expect practical sessions, real stories from peers, and time to connect with partners and the Instructure team, all focused on shaping readiness across learning, engagement, and skills for what’s next.

Registration FAQs

How much does it cost to attend, and what’s included?

CanvasCon ANZ offers three ticket options:

• Early Bird: $130 AUD (Tuesday, 17 March 2026)
• Standard: $160 AUD (Wednesday, 18 March 2026)
• Pre-Conference: $150 AUD

Registration includes access to all conference sessions, the Expo Hall, keynotes, and breakout sessions, plus morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and the CanvasCon community event. Pre-Conference sessions and accommodation are not included.

Can attCan multiple attendees be registered on one invoice?

Yes. You can register up to 10 attendees on a single invoice and pay by credit card.

Are group discounts available?

Group discounts are not be available for CanvasCon ANZ 2026.

Do speakers receive a registration discount?

Selected presenters will receive a free CanvasCon registration.

Is there a new customer discount?

The same registration pricing applies to all attendees.

What is the refund policy?

Refund requests must be submitted in writing and follow this schedule:

• On or before 15 June 2026: 100% refund
  (10 weeks before event)
• 16 June – 27 July 2026: 50% refund
  (4 weeks before event)
• 28 July 2026 or later: No refunds (No-shows are ineligible)

Can I substitute another attendee?

Yes. Attendee substitutions from the same organisation can be made at no charge before 28 July. Substitutions outside the institution are not permitted.

Is accommodation available?

A discounted accommodation rate will be available. Registered attendees will receive booking details via confirmation email once registration is complete.
