InstructureCon will happen July 21–23, 2026 at the Kentucky International Convention Center in Louisville, KY.
Early bird: $765 USD: (register by March 20) Standard registration: $985 USD
These tickets include full access to the Exhibit Hall, keynotes, all breakout sessions, and the following meals:
Welcome reception dinner on Tuesday
Wednesday breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Thursday, breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Registration pricing does not include sleeping room nights, but we have secured discounted room block rates at many hotels. Rooms are booked by the registrant directly via a link received in their confirmation email.
Pre-conference workshops are also not included in the registration cost. Those tickets will be available for purchase in the spring.
Room blocks are available at many hotels within walking distance of the Kentucky International Convention Center. You'll receive a booking link after you've registered for the conference.
Selected presenters will receive a 50% discount or reimbursement on their InstructureCon 2026 registration fees.
Please note: One discount will be given per presentation selected, and the discount is taken off the standard registration price of $985 USD.
A group discount will be offered for 5 (+) attendees from the same company/institution. The discount will be 20% off standard registration, totaling $788 USD per ticket.
Please note: This discount is not available during early bird pricing. Early bird pricing ends on March, 2026.
Yes, we will be offering guest passes and kids' passes for family members of attendees.These ticket types will appear on the registration page after early bird pricing closes.
Yes. You can register up to 10 people on one invoice and submit payment by credit card.
The same pricing applies to customers new and old.
Cancellation requests for registration fee refunds must be submitted in writing according to the following schedule:
On or before May 1, 2026: 100% refund
May 2, 2026 through June 30, 2026: 50% refund
July 1, 2026 or later: No refund will be issued. (No-shows are ineligible for registration fee refunds.)
Please note: Attendees are responsible for making any lodging changes.
Attendee substitutions from the same company/institution may be made at any time at no charge before June 30, 2026. Substitution requests for individuals outside the company will not be granted.

Yes, we're happy to provide our attendees a space for nursing or pumping individuals. The location of this room will be shared in July.

You can view it here—just make a copy of the doc, edit the verbiage as needed to best align with your request, and then share the doc via downloaded file, direct link, or a good old-fashioned copy and paste of the text into an email.
