How much are InstructureCon tickets?

The early bird rate is $650 until March 31st. The full conference rate of $795 starts on April 1st. Your conference registration includes access to all keynotes, breakout sessions, meals, receptions, and conference swag.

Do you offer a one-day pass?

New this year, we're offering a day pass for $350 that will include the swag of the day and access to all keynotes, breakouts, and meals for that day.

Do you offer a family pass?

We don't offer a family pass, but we do have a guest pass and a kids pass available. The guest pass is $395 and includes meals (specifically, dinner on Tuesday and breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Wednesday and Thursday). A kids pass is available for $150 for kids 4 and over (includes all meals and a piece of cool Canvas swag). We're not offering individual reception passes this year, so please get your guest pass ahead of time!

Guest and kids passes do not include access to keynote and breakout sessions. All children over 4 and guests must be badged to attend any InstCon function.

Is there a kids camp this year?

There’s no kids camp available in Long Beach… but there is a beach! (BYOLifeguard)

Do you offer group discounts?

This year we're offering a 10% discount to groups of 8 or more. When registering 8 or more at a time, the discount will automatically be applied at checkout.

Where do I stay?

We have lots of hotel blocks in Long Beach. You can check them out here.

Which airport is best to fly into?

The conference this year is close to three airports! You can choose from Long Beach Airport, LAX, or Orange County—all within a half hour of the convention center.

What's your refund policy this year?

Pre-conference refunds: Due to the limited seats available for pre-conference workshops, refunds won't be issued. Name replacements will be accommodated until June 3, 2019. After that date, no name changes will be allowed.

Full conference refunds: No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no shows after June 3, 2019. Prior to that date, full conference cancellation requests should be sent to [email protected]

Payment policy

Attendees will be required to settle all outstanding balances before the event begins. Checks can be made payable to Instructure, Inc. and sent to our headquarters (address below).
