How much are InstructureCon tickets?
The early bird rate of $650 is in effect until March 31st. The full conference rate of $825 starts on April 1st. Your conference registration includes access to all keynotes, breakout sessions, meals, and receptions, as well as all conference swag. It does not cover access to Tuesday’s pre-conference sessions.
Do you offer a one-day pass?
Yes! A one-day pass is $425 and includes the swag of the day and access to all that day’s keynotes, breakouts, and meals.
Do you offer a family pass?
We don’t offer a family pass, but we do have a guest pass and a kid's pass available.* The guest pass is $395 and includes receptions, a piece of swag, and all meals. A kid's pass is available for $150 for kids of 4+ years (kids under 4 are free). It includes all meals and a piece of cool Canvas swag. We’re not offering individual reception passes this year, so please get your guest pass ahead of time!
*All children over 4 and guests must be badged to attend any InstCon function.
Do you offer group discounts?
We're offering a 10% discount to groups of eight or more. When you register eight or more at a time, the discount will automatically be applied at checkout.
What are pre-cons? What do they cost?
Pre-conference sessions begin the Tuesday morning before the conference kicks off. These interactive sessions, presented by Instructure experts in their respective fields, allow participants to try what’s being presented. They’re an additional cost to the regular conference ticket and vary in price depending on length.
Where do I stay?
Which airport is best to fly into?
The Nashville International Airport (BNA) is your best bet—it’s just a quick 15-minute ride from the airport to the convention hotel.
What’s your refund policy this year?
Due to the limited seats available, refunds will not be issued for pre-conference workshops. Name replacements will be accommodated until July 6, 2020. After that date, no name changes will be allowed.
Full conference refunds:
No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows after June 15, 2020. Prior to that date, full conference cancellation requests should be sent to [email protected]
Attendees will be required to settle all outstanding balances before the event begins. If your registration is not paid by the time of check-in, you’ll be required to pay on site in order to receive your badge.
Checks can be made payable to Instructure, Inc. and sent to our headquarters (address below).
What is Unconference? When is it?
The key to the unconference is that the people who attend are the ones who get to decide on the session topics! You write your ideas on post-it notes. Then we use your ideas to organize multiple open sessions during each breakout time period. You’re free to attend any session, move on to a different session, or even create your own session. The focus is on sharing and collaboration between those who attend each session.
Did we mention it's free? Just register for it on the registration tab & we'll see you there on July 31st at 8:00am.
