The Catalyst for Change
In the autumn of 2017, BookingBug realised that they needed an effective way to onboard new staff and accelerate knowledge.
Proud of their startup culture and mentality, the People and Talent team were also keen that old fashioned, prescriptive learning processes were not introduced, but instead that they were encouraging curiosity and self-driven learning journeys.
What was needed was an intuitive platform where BookingBug could create and store their own learning content but make it flexibly structured, allowing departments to create learning tracks to keep content relevant.
